Appointment

After we have decided on the team name, we are going to pursue the logistics side of things. The list of things that we are going to procure :
1) 15 cones
2) 10 markers
3) 4 balls
4) 12 bibs (bright yellow)

And subsequently, we have to pay for the booking of the pitch.

Our club treasurer would be Simon. He will post the spending and overall balance of the club coffers on the webpage. There will be transparency in this club, and of course accountability. I hope to collect $15 per player for the setting up of the team. Anybody with financial difficulty, you can try to contact ah kow, he is the welfare officer cum kit man. Just kidding. But he is the kit man.

Team Name

Several ideas had been forwarded towards me for the birthname of the team. Those are :

El Bano (Bath in spanish or toilet, but leaning towards bath)
El Celer (Which is speed in latin)
VVV F.C (VVV stands for Veni Vidi Vici which is "I came, I saw, I conquered", uttered by Julius Caesar in 47BC, after his victory in Turkey. It signaled the totality of his win. The way the enemy is crushed.
The Stormers (Enough said.)
Angriff F.C (attack in German)
El Baracudas (I think it is a kind of fish with super sharp teeth, but i got half a mind to use this as a nickname instead, e.g red devils)
